Question: What services do you provide?
Answer: Our services include: carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, leather cleaning and repair, upvc cleaning and restoration, stain removal, odour removal, pet "issue" decontamination, and the application of Scotchgard carpet protectors. Question: How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
Answer: According to the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification; frequently used carpet should be professionally cleaned by a qualified technician at least annually - perhaps a little longer interval for infrequently used carpet and even sooner for carpet in homes occupied by respiratory sensitive or allergic persons; or in homes with indoor pets.

The following chart from the IICRC S100 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Carpet Cleaning, serves as a guideline for recommending cleaning frequencies for carpet. They consider traffic, soil rating, vacuuming schedules, spot cleaning schedules, professional interim and restorative cleaning.

Question: How often should I have my upholstery cleaned?
Answer: Unlike carpet cleaning; there has not been an official standard established for upholstery cleaning. Most professionals recommend either every two years for upholstery, or every other time that you have your carpets cleaned. In other words, if you have your carpets cleaned every 6 months due to heavy traffic from children or pets, you may want to consider having your upholstery cleaned once every 12 months in order to maintain a healthy living environment.

Question: How often should I have my tile and grout cleaned?
Answer: Most professionals agree that tile and grout should be cleaned at the same interval as carpet, depending on the amount of traffic. Please see chart above.

Question: Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
Answer: Yes - If you are not absolutely thrilled with your carpet cleaning, there will be no charge to you. You won't pay one cent.

Question: Have you been professionally trained or certified?
Answer: Yes - I have been trained and certified by the Institute of Inspection, Carpet and Restoration Certifications (IICRC) for Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning and Tile and Grout Cleaning, I have been trained and certified by the National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA) for Carpet and upholstery cleaning and I have also been trained and cer tified by the Leather Technician Training (LTT) for Leather cleaning and repair.

Question: Do you move furniture?
Answer: Yes, light to medium furniture is moved at no extra charge.

Question: How long does it typically take to complete the cleaning?
Answer: Cleaning times vary depending on the size of the house and the level of service chosen. But please keep in mind though; speed is not our primary goal, your most thorough cleaning is!

Question: How long does it typically take for the carpets to dry?
Answer: With the use of AirMovers, I am able to have most of your carpet dry before I leave.  Without the use of AirMovers, typical dry times average between 4 to 6 hours depending on the indoor humidity level and air circulation.
